Yup, sorry, I’m the worst at updating. Instead of posting recipes, I’m going to be posting pictures of what I’ve baked! It makes it a lot easier to update that way. Just to catch up on Christmas.. oh man, December was a crazy baking month for me. I made my annual baked goodie baskets to my favorite three families– the Blairs, the Hammons, and the Wrights. Here’s how they turned out!

I also made home-made holiday cards with my new Sizzix machine that I adore so much! I’m not gonna lie, I’ve become quite the old grandma.
Baking with kids.
So I was babysitting the neighbors today (they’re 6, 7, and 8 years old) and they all wanted to bake cupcakes, so I said, “Why not? Cupcakes it is.” So we baked some cupcakes and watched Shrek III. 🙂
I sure do love girl scout cookies.
Mmm. Home-made samoas. It doesn’t get any better than that! I could eat all of these myself but that would just be death. Haha. Since girl scout cookies only come around once a year, you have to learn how to make your own to last you throughout the rest.
