Okay, as most of you know, I’m not normally a fan of baking a bread that has to rise. Mostly because it takes so long and I don’t like dealing with yeast. I’ve tried two different cinnamon roll recipes before and have failed miserably, but I guess third time’s a charm. This recipe was seriously… amazing. I didn’t even use my kitchenaid mixer!! Can you believe it?! I kneaded this baby by hand. I’m not gonna lie though, I kinda cut down with the rising time simply because I don’t have the patience to just sit there for bread to rise. Who does that?
Freshly cut and placed into the pan to let them rise again for another 30 minutes.
Out of the oven!
And glazed. Finito! These made the apartment smell absolutely wonderful. 🙂 Next time, I’ll attempt making sticky buns.. basically, same dough recipe with a different glaze. Delish!

Hi Kim. I just discovered your blog through Foodgawker.com (love that site). I’m making your No-Fail Cookies right now (chilling in fridge). I also have always had a dream of having my own bakery. But for now, I’m staying at home with my baby! I didn’t see the recipe for your cinnamon rolls. Could you tell me where you found it? I too have failed miserably at them before and would love to be successful! My email address is: emily.hartter@gmail.com Thanks so much!
