Let’s recap 2012 with my favorite posts from each month:
January: Chocolate Marshmallow Cake – It’s moist, sweet, and pretty.
February: Thin Mint Stuffed Chocolate Cookies – Girl scout cookies inside of a cookie!
March: Cinnamon Rolls with Vanilla Cream Glaze – My labor of love. Cinnamon rolls that actually turned out legit.
April: Meatball Sandwiches – A little savory for the sweet year.
May: Pumpkin Gingerbread Biscotti – My first time on the blog making biscotti. It turned out great!
June: Caramel Pecan Bars – Just don’t tell your dentist.
July: Easy Turtle Brownies – I’m a sucker for turtle anything.
August: Cinnamon Baked French Toast – The most popular post this year with you guys. Prep the night before, throw it into the oven the next morning.
September: Chocolate Chip Lava Cookies – Decadent goodness.
October: Banana Streusel Coffee Cake with Salted Caramel Glaze – Apparently this was the year for caramel.
November: Pumpkin Pie French Toast – This was the most verbally talked about post. When people saw me, they were the ones to bring up this pumpkin french toast.
December: Thick and Chewy Chocolate Chip Bars – Something simple, and always a crowd pleaser.
Honorable mentions for 2012:
Double Glazed Baked Funfetti Donuts – You can’t have a countdown without some sprinkles.
Caramelitas – I didn’t even know what this was until I made it.
Blueberry Banana Baked Oatmeal – A little bit of healthy.
Pumpkin Scones – Again, it’s something that I don’t normally make, but it turned out great.
Mini Pumpkin Donuts – More please!
Almond Snowballs – For some reason, I just adore this cookie. Maybe because it’s something I’m not used to? Crumbly, hard (er), and not as sweet.
What was your favorite post of 2012?
I hope you’ll all stick around for 2013! I know many of you have already left after you finished your holiday baking, but if you ever decide to come back around, I’ll be right here. I do bake year round, you know. 🙂

I’ve had the cinnamon baked french toast tabbed for absolutely ages, finally going to get round to baking it sometime before I go back to school x
