Okay, as most of you know, I’m not normally a fan of baking a bread that has to rise. Mostly because it takes so long and I don’t like dealing with yeast. I’ve tried two different cinnamon roll recipes before and have failed miserably, but I guess third time’s a charm. This recipe was seriously… amazing. I didn’t even use my kitchenaid mixer!! Can you believe it?! I kneaded this baby by hand. I’m not gonna lie though, I kinda cut down with the rising time simply because I don’t have the patience to just sit there for bread to rise. Who does that?
Freshly cut and placed into the pan to let them rise again for another 30 minutes.

And glazed. Finito! These made the apartment smell absolutely wonderful. Next time, I’ll attempt making sticky buns.. basically, same dough recipe with a different glaze. Delish!
